Liberty Shoes OKs convertibles offering at board of directors meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., April 27 - Liberty Shoes Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on April 27.

The issue may also include warrants and equity shares.

Liberty is a Haryana, India-based footwear company.
