Fitch lowers Level 3 convertibles

Fitch Ratings said it lowered the rating assigned to Level 3 Communications, Inc.'s convertible subordinated notes to CC/RR6 from CCC-/RR6.

The change brings the subordinated note ratings in line with Fitch's revised rating definition and mapping criteria.
