Leslie Controls plan confirmation appealed by Century Indemnity

Pittsburgh, Oct. 29 - The order confirming Leslie Controls, Inc.'s plan of reorganization has been appealed by Century Indemnity Co., according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, the plan was confirmed on Oct. 28.

The order has been appealed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Leslie Controls is a subsidiary of Circor, a Burlington, Mass.-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of fluid-control products and services. Leslie filed for bankruptcy on July 12, and its Chapter 11 case number is 10-12199.
