Lenox unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Dec. 5 - Lenox Group, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by U.S. trustee Diana G. Adams, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee is comprised of Adi Berger of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., Washington, D.C.; Andrew S. Conway of the Taubman Co. LLC, Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; and Larry Leto of North American Color, Inc., Portage, Mich.

Lenox, an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based tableware, collectibles and giftware products company, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 23. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-14679.
