New Issue: Lenovo prices $650 million 5 7/8% notes due 2025 at par

Los Angeles, April 24 – Lenovo Group Ltd. priced $650 million of 5 7/8% notes due 2025 at par, according to a company announcement.
Citigroup, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, DBS Bank Ltd., Bank of Communications, China Citi Bank International, Credit Agricole CIB, Guotai Junan International, Mizuho Securities and MUFG are the joint lead managers with Citigroup as stabilizing manager.
The notes were issued under the company’s $3 billion medium-term note program established in March.
Lenovo is a Beijing-based technology company.
