Le-Nature's posts $598,145 May net loss before other income and expenses

Pittsburgh, June 21 - Le-Nature's Inc. reported a $598,145 net loss before other income and expenses for May on $17,410 in revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The figures showed a decline from a $208,470 April net loss before other income and expenses on revenues of $87,639.

The net loss for May was $538,095, more than a $205,340 April net loss.

Unrestricted cash and cash equivalents on May 31 were $7.7 million, compared with $8.26 million at the end of April.

Le-Nature's, a Latrobe, Pa., manufacturer of flavored bottled water and other beverages, had an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy case filed against it on Nov. 1, 2006. The case was converted to Chapter 11 on Nov. 3, 2006. The case number is 06-25454.
