By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, March 18 - Lehman Brothers International (Europe)'s joint administrators announced the signing of an agreement with Lehman Brothers Equity Finance (Luxembourg) SA, which settles all of the financial arrangements between the parties, according to a news release.

Under the agreement, Lehman Brothers Equity Finance will receive a £57 million admitted unsecured claim.

The agreement is subject to approval by the Luxembourg Court. Lehman Brothers Equity Finance's joint liquidators have invited its creditors to participate in a consultation with a March 21 deadline for written submissions.

New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company emerged from bankruptcy on March 6, 2012.
