Lehman plans Yeelds linked to Apple

New York, March 30 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is planning an offering of 5.00% Yield Enhanced Equity Linked Debt Securities (Yeelds) due April 5, 2008 performance linked to Apple Computer, Inc.

Each security will have a principal amount equal to one share of Apple stock.

At maturity, investors will receive the value of one Apple share, capped at 158.50% of the initial value.

The deal will have a greenshoe.

Lehman Brothers is the underwriter and delivery is scheduled for April 5.
