New York, March 13 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $31,516,800 of 20% Yeelds (Yield Enhanced Equity-Linked Debt Securities) due March 17, 2007 linked to Hewlett-Packard Co. stock, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
