New York, Dec. 6 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $4 million of 1% notes linked to the common stock of Cendant Corp., according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were priced with an 11.8% initial exchange premium.
