New York, Dec. 2 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. set the final terms on its $47 million 0.25% notes linked to the Russell Midcap Growth index with a 6.35% premium, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes can be exchanged for the value of the index at any time. They automatically exchange at maturity or when called if the payout would be more valuable.
