Lehman Brothers Holdings: Claims bought in several transactions

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 2 - The Varde Fun (Master), LP bought Sea Port Group Securities, LLC's claims totaling $8.55 million against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

According to separate filings with the court:

CVI GVF (Lux) Master s.a.r.l. bought $783,143.84 of Morgan Stanley Bank International Ltd.'s $1,566,287.67 claim;

MZ57, LLC bought $783,143.83 of Morgan Stanley Bank International Ltd.'s $1,566,287.67 claim;

MZ57, LLC bought $803,469.84 of Morgan Stanley Bank International Ltd.s $1,606,939.67 claim;

China Angel Investment Management Ltd. bought China Angel Fund's $1.1 million claim;

Jatralec Capital LLC bought $4,832,318.55 Yorvik Partners LLC's $38,869,207.88 claim; and

Altuned Holdings LLC bought Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch's $10 million claim against Lehman Brothers.

New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13555.
