Legends Gaming unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, April 11 - Legends Gaming LLC's U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

The committee members include Gregory D. Guida of Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., Biloxi, Miss.; Dale L. Hein of Merrill Communication, LLC, St. Paul, Minn.; and Gent K. Culver of IGT, Reno, Nev.

Legends Gaming owns and operates two gaming properties under the DiamondJacks Casino brand. The company is based in Frankfort, Ill. It filed for bankruptcy on March 11. The Chapter 11 case number is 08-10824.
