Legacy U.S. Trustee selects Andrea Wirum to serve as Chapter 11 trustee

Pittsburgh, Oct. 5 - Legacy Estate Group, LLC's U.S. Trustee has selected Andrea Wirum to serve as the trustee for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

The U.S. Trustee was ordered to appoint a Chapter 11 trustee on Tuesday following a request by creditor John Bryan to either appoint a trustee or convert the company's case to Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Legacy, a St. Helena, Calif., subsidiary of Connaught Capital Partners LLC, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 18, 2005. Legacy's Chapter 11 case number is 05-14659.
