Hong Kong's Lee & Man Paper plans senior perpetual capital securities

Chicago, May 9 – Hong Kong's Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Ltd. announced that it proposes to conduct an offering of dollar-denominated senior perpetual capital securities, according to a company notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the sole global coordinator with JPMorgan and MUFG Securities Asia Ltd. acting as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used for expansion of both containerboard and tissue businesses as well as general corporate purposes.

Hong Kong-based Lee & Man is a paper and packaging producer.
