New Issue: LeasePlan sells €1 billion 0.25% green notes due 2026 to yield 0.316%

Concord, N.H., Aug. 31 – LeasePlan Corp. NV sold €1 billion of 0.25% five-year green notes (Baa1/BBB-/BBB+) at 99.673 to yield 0.316%, or mid-swaps plus 65 basis points, on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The Regulation S notes were sold via BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, ING, J.P. Morgan and Santander as joint lead managers under the company’s €15 billion medium-term note program.

The proceeds will be allocated by the issuer to eligible projects as set out in its green finance framework.

The automobile leasing and fleet management company is based in the Netherlands.
