New Issue: LeasePlan prices €500 million 3.5% five-year green bonds at mid-swaps plus 375 bps

New York, April 3 – LeasePlan Corp. NV priced €500 million 3.5% five-year green bonds (Baa1/BBB-/BBB+) at 99.964 to yield 3.508%, or mid-swaps plus 375 basis points, according to a market source on Friday.

The issue priced under LeasePlan’s €15 billion medium-term note program originating on March 27, 2020.

Bookrunners of the Regulation S notes are Danske Bank, HSBC, ING (green structurer), JPMorgan and Societe Generale (billing and delivery).

The proceeds will be used to finance projects as set out in the green finance framework.

LeasePlan is an automobile leasing and fleet management company with headquarters in the Netherlands.
