Owl Creek owns 5.24% of Leap Wireless

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 21 - Investors led by Owl Creek I, LP bought 3,570,783 shares of Leap Wireless International, Inc.'s stock between Dec. 4 and Dec. 19 for an initial stake in the company of 5.24%.

The shares were priced from $34.77 to $41.72 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Leap Wireless is a San Diego-based wireless services provider.
