League Now Holdings concludes $27,500 placement of 8% convertible note

Convertible promissory note due April 10, 2013 was purchased by Asher

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 4 - League Now Holdings Corp. sold a $27,500 convertible promissory note to Asher Enterprises, Inc. on Aug. 29, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 8% note is due April 10, 2013 and may be converted into common shares at 60% of the average of the lowest three trading prices for the stock during the 10 trading days preceding the conversion date. It may be prepaid at 135.

The Brecksville, Ohio-based reseller of Microsoft and McAfee products markets its managed information technology services to small to medium businesses.
