LDK Solar files ordinary shares, debt securities automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 19 - LDK Solar Co., Ltd. filed an ordinary shares and debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities may be convertible.

Use of proceeds will be specified in the applicable prospectus supplement.

LDK Solar is a manufacturer of multicrystalline solar wafers based in Xinyu, China.
