Anant Raj Industries may sell foreign-currency convertibles, warrants

Tacoma, Wash., May 27 - Anant Raj Industries Ltd. said it plans to raise funds through the issuance of securities, and it is considering foreign-currency convertible bonds.

Other securities being considered are American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts and convertible warrants, according to a company noticed filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The board of directors will discuss the possible issuance at a meeting on May 29.

The construction and infrastructure developer is based in New Delhi.
