Seasons Large Cap Growth Portfolio drops Shell, adds two more managers

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Jan. 3 - Season Series Trust announced a change to the portfolio management for its Large Cap Growth Portfolio, according to a 497K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective Jan. 1, Joseph B. Hudepohl and Timothy M. Leahy are portfolio managers for the portion of the assets managed by subadviser Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP. The two join Steven M. Barry, also of GSAM, who has managed the portfolio since 1999.

GSAM's David G. Shell is no longer part of the portfolio management team.

A second subadviser, Janus Capital Management, LLC, also manages a portion of the portfolio's assets.

The portfolio's investment adviser is Jersey City-based SunAmerica Asset Management Corp.
