Rentenbank talks dollar two-year notes at mid-swaps plus 9 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 16 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank (Aaa/AAA/AAA) is marketing a dollar-denominated offering of two-year senior notes with initial price talk in the mid-swaps plus 9 basis points area, according to a market source.

The notes are expected to price on Tuesday.

BofA Securities, Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
