Rentenbank’s five-year notes talked at mid-swaps plus 33 bps area; pricing expected Tuesday

Eureka Springs, Ark., Nov. 29 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank is expected to price an offering of five-year Global Notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The notes were initially guided to price in the mid-swaps plus 33 basis points area.

Barclays, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Scotiabank are the bookrunners.

The notes are not callable, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
