Rentenbank intends to offer 10-year notes

Charlotte, N.C., July 18 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank announced it will offer 10-year notes, according to a form 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Nomura, Societe Generale and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance lending activities, including the refinancing of existing liabilities.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
