Germany's Rentenbank intends to sell seven-year notes offering

Virginia Beach, Sept. 22 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank is expected to price an offering of notes due 2021, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Nomura and RBC Capital Markets LLC are managing the sale.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
