New Issue: Germany's Rentenbank sells $250 million of five-year floaters to yield Libor plus 8 bps

New York, Sept. 20 - Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank priced $250 million of five-year floating-rate notes on Thursday at par to yield Libor plus 8 basis points, a market source said.

The floaters were priced in line with guidance.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) have no call option.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. was the bookrunner.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
