New Issue: Rentenbank prices $1.5 billion 3.125% five-year notes at 99.514

New York, Jan. 6 - Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank priced $1.5 billion of 3.125% five-year notes on Wednesday at 99.514, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) are non-callable.

Bookrunners were Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. Co-managers were Commerzbank, Nordea Bank Danmark, Royal Bank of Scotland, Toronto-Dominion Bank and UBS Securities.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities, including refinancing existing liabilities.

The lender for Germany's agriculture and food industry is based in Frankfurt.
