Chicago, June 6 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank’s Securities and Exchange Commission-registered note offering that was announced on Monday is lined up for Tuesday pricing, a market source told Prospect News.

The dollar global notes due June 14, 2028 are being talked in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 36 basis points area.

As reported on Monday, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, HSBC Continental Europe, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Toronto-Dominion Bank are underwriting the offering.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co., Americas will be working as the fiscal agent.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is working as a legal adviser for the issuer. Hogan Lovells is advising the underwriters.

The notes will be non-callable except in the event of certain changes in tax laws.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities, including to refinance existing liabilities.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
