New Issue: Rentenbank sells $500 million 3% seven-year senior notes

Concord, N.H., May 24 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank priced $500 million of 3% senior notes due May 21, 2029, according to a post-stabilization notice on Tuesday.

The notes are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

Commerzbank AG, CIBC Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Standard Chartered Bank AG are the stabilization managers for the Regulation S notes.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
