Rentenbank offers registered dollar-denominated five-year notes

Tupelo, Miss., May 18 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price a registered dollar-denominated offering of five-year fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Barclays, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., HSBC Bank plc and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
