Landsbankinn closes $75 million seven-year loan via Nordic Investment

Los Angeles, Dec. 8 – Landsbankinn hf signed a new seven-year loan facility with Nordic Investment Bank, according to a notice.

Landsbankinn borrowed $75 million to finance small and medium-sized enterprises and environmental projects in Iceland.

This is the fifth loan facility Nordic Investment Bank has concluded with Landsbankinn, with the most recent loan program financing Landsbankinn’s BREAAM certified new build, according to the notice.

Reykjavik, Iceland-based Landsbankinn provides personal and corporate banking and financial market solutions.
