Moody’s changes Landmark Aviation to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the debt ratings of LM U.S. Member LLC (Landmark Aviation), including the B3 corporate family rating, B2 senior secured ratings the Caa2 second-lien term loan rating, and changed the outlook to negative from stable.

Moody’s said the negative outlook reflects its concerns about weaker than expected cash flow generation coupled with an aggressive acquisition strategy, which elevates integration and execution risk.
