India's Lanco Global Systems board approves convertibles issue

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 - Lanco Global Systems Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors at a meeting on Dec. 1 has decided to issue convertibles.

Securities may include Global Depositary Receipts and convertible bonds.

Hyderabad, India-based Lanco Global Systems is an internet technology services provider.
