Ebrahimis sell shares of Lamson & Sessions stock

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 18 - Lamson & Sessions Co. investors Farhad Fred Ebrahimi and Mary Wilkie Ebrahimi sold 202,229 of their shares of the company's common stock as reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were sold between Oct. 3 and Oct. 15 priced from $27.12 to $27.18 each.

The reporting persons own 920,971 shares, or 5.2%, of the Cleveland-based company.

Lamson & Sessions produces thermoplastic enclosures, fittings, wiring outlet boxes and conduits for the electrical, telecommunications, power and wastewater markets.
