Gabelli announces 6.01% ownership of Lamson & Sessions

New York, Oct. 12 - Lamson & Sessions Co. investors led by Gabelli Funds LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. reported a 6.01% stake in the company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors own 953,100 shares of the Cleveland-based producer of thermoplastic enclosures, fittings, wiring outlet boxes and conduit for the electrical, telecommunications, power and wastewater markets.

Purchases were made at prices between $20.0254 and $27.13. The total cost was $14,124,972.
