New Issue: Lake Victoria Mining announces completion of $1.6 million placement

Knoxville, Tenn., April 12 - Lake Victoria Mining Co., Inc. said it settled a $1.6 million private placement.

Proceeds will be used to advance the company's gold projects in Tanzania and for corporate expenses.

The mineral explorer is based in Riverside, Calif.
