Montgomery County Higher Education, Pa., to sell $148.19 million bonds for Abington Thursday

New York, Oct. 8 - The Montgomery County Higher Education and Health Authority in Pennsylvania is set to price $148.19 million in series 2009 hospital revenue bonds for Abington Memorial Hospital Obligated Group on Thursday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (/A/A) will be sold through lead managers Goldman Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities Inc.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2019 with term bonds due 2024, 2029 and 2033.

Proceeds will be used to fund improvements to Abington Memorial's hospital facilities.
