S&P: Anadarko outlook stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Anadarko Petroleum Corp. to stable from positive and affirmed its BBB- corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects our expectation that Anadarko's credit measures will not improve to levels commensurate with a BBB rating," S&P analyst David Lundberg said in a statement.
