New Issue: Korea auctions KRW 1.24 trillion 2¼% 10-year treasury bonds at 1.825%

Norfolk, Va., April 19 – The Ministry of Finance of Korea accepted KRW 1.24 trillion of bids for its 2¼% 10-year treasury bonds on Monday, according to a government notice.

The weighted average accepted rate was 1.825%.

Korea initially offered KRW 1.2 trillion of bonds. It received bids for KRW 5.07 trillion, for a bid-to-cover ratio of 422.3%.

The bonds were originally issued on Dec. 10.
