Amsted to begin roadshow Wednesday for $275 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, July 25 - The roadshow is expected to start Wednesday and run through Aug. 7 for Amsted Industries Inc.'s offering of $275 million senior notes due 2011 (B3/B), according to an informed source.

Citigroup and Banc of America Securities are bookrunners on the Rule 144A for life deal.

Proceeds from the eight-year non-call-four offering will be used to repay bank debt, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.

Amsted is a Chicago-based manufacturer of components for the rail, vehicular, construction, industrial markets.
