New Issue: Knox County Health, Tenn., prices $108 million of Covenant Health bonds

New York, Nov. 15 - The Knox County Health, Educational and Housing Facilities Board of Tennessee priced $108 million of series 2012A hospital revenue refunding bonds for Covenant Health, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (//A) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.

The bonds are due 2019 to 2026 with 2.5% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refund the board's series 2002A revenue bonds issued for Covenant Health.
