S&P rates Ohio and Tenn. Catholic Healthcare bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- underlying rating and negative outlook to revenue and refunding bonds issued by various issuers for Catholic Healthcare Partners.

The rating affects $302.1 million of series 2008A bonds issued by Allen County, Ohio, and $75.2 million of series 2008A bonds issued by the Knox County Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board, Tenn.

S&P also said it affirmed the AA- standard long-term rating and underlying rating on debt issued for Catholic Healthcare by various issuers.

The outlook is negative.
