By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 7 – Amphenol Corp. intends to price dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then a par call.

Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Commerzbank Capital Markets Corp., MUFG and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, which may include the company’s $750 million of 2.55% senior notes due 2019.

The designer, manufacturer and marketer of electric, electronic and fiber optic components is based in Wallingford, Conn.
