New York, Oct. 30 - Amphenol Corp. priced $600 million of 4.75% five-year senior unsecured notes at Treasuries plus 237.5 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Baa3/BBB-/) priced at 99.813 to yield 4.792%. They feature a change-of-control put of 101% and have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 35 bps.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities were bookrunners.
Co-managers were Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., RBS Securities Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC.
Proceeds will be used to repay amounts outstanding under a revolving credit facility.
The maker of electrical, electronic and fiber optic components is based in Wallingford, Conn.
