New Issue: Amphenol prices $600 million 4.75% five-year senior notes at 99.813

New York, Oct. 29 - Amphenol Corp. priced $600 million five-year senior notes, according to a prospectus filed Thursday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 4.75% notes were priced at 99.813.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay a revolving credit facility.

Amphenol, based in Wallingford, Conn., designs and makes electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors.
