Chicago, March 14 – AMP Group Finance Services Ltd. issued $300 million of 4% notes due 2021 on Thursday, according to a notice.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch are the bookrunners.

AMP is an independent wealth management company. Its main offices are in Melbourne, Australia, and Auckland, N.Z.
