AMP Group Finance Services plans to redeem all AMP notes on May 15

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 11 - AMP Group Finance Services Ltd. said it has received approval from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority to redeem all outstanding AMP notes on May 15.

AMP notes, which were issued in April 2009, are interest-bearing, unsecured, subordinated debt securities. The Australian-dollar-denominated notes are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and bear interest at the Australian 90-day Bank Bill Swap Rate plus 475 basis points, while the New Zealand-dollar-denominated notes are listed on the New Zealand Debt Exchange and bear interest at the NZ five-year Swap Rate plus 475 bps.
