Deal funds international arbitration case against Mongolian government

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 9 - Khan Resources Inc. said it will conduct a C$1.19 million non-brokered private placement of stock.
The company will sell 7 million common shares at C$0.17 apiece. The price per share is a 10.53% discount to the Sept. 6 closing share price of C$0.19.
Proceeds will be used to advance the company's C$326 million international arbitration case against the Government of Mongolia and for general corporate purposes.
Toronto-based Khan is a uranium exploration, acquisition and production company.
