Ampco-Pittsburgh investor sells 119,900 shares

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 2 - Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. investors led by Louis Berkman Investment Co. sold 119,900 shares of the company's stock between Sept. 2 and Jan. 17 under an amended sales plan, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Sept. 17, Louis Berkman Investment amended its March 2007 sales plan to provide for the sale by the investor of up to 10,000 shares per trading day, up to a total of 600,000 shares of Ampco-Pittsburgh over a one-year period.

Louis Berkman Investment beneficially owns 1,493,942 shares, or 14.7%, of the Pittsburgh-based company's outstanding stock.

Ampco-Pittsburgh is a manufacturer of custom engineered products.
